X-Viber

X-Viber is a low-cost route data collector.  Data collection and trend analysis introduces a great many possibilities to save money. Higher availability, lower power consumption, better working environment and maybe most important, a way to avoiding catastrophic failures!

First the route is created in the software, and then downloaded to the X-Viber. Data is downloaded by USB, fast and easy. Now the X-VIBER is ready to make the measurements. When all data is collected the data is  transferred back to the PC software.

The PC software features trend analysis with preset alarm levels within selected frequency ranges (controlled by user) so you can see how vibration characteristics changes in the machine over time. FFT-analysis, Envelope analysis and bearing condition values helps investigating what’s wrong when a change occur.

The multi function display features live average values in selected units. Approximately 999 measuring points can be stored in the X-Viber. For speed measurement the X-Viber has a built in infrared photocell that measures between 30-120 000rpm.
