4-20mA Vibration Transmitters
Loop-powerd, 4-20mA output, vibration sensing transmitters serve to provide measurments signals that are representative of the overall vibration level being generated by all types of rotating machinery. They mat bee interfaced withe many types of current-loop monitoring equipment, as recorders, alarms, PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.

VM110
VM110 is a 16 channel automatic data collector with an additional 4 rpm inputs, used for monitoring of rotating machinery. VM110 is fully software and hardware confi gurable to accpt any sensor required. The RS485 communcation protocol provides easy and cost-effective installation where the VM110:s are located close to the machines.

Up to sixteen VM110 units can be connected to a single PC using a RS485 multi-drop serial communication link. The VM110 unit is compatible with two software packages, included SpectraLive and full-featured SEMAQS® advanced conditioned based maintenance system as option. The VM110 automatically detects when machines gets out of normal operation With the VM110 system Your machines are monitored for out of normal operation conditions helping You avoiding catastrophic failures.The monitoring also helps avoiding running machine with increased vibration levels, thereby minimizing maintenance costs and maximizing machine availability.
